For those planning ahead for this armor, here is a few suggestions for a belt and a back item that matches the armor pretty well(And is fairly easy obtainable) until The Nighthold Raid is released.

Alliance: First off is Fascione dell'Atrocità del Gladiatore Tirannico. The Belt itself is red with the ornament matching the gold color of the plated parts, the jewel in the ornament is the same light blue color as the shoulder pads.
Horde: For you, I recommend Cintura del Patto Violato(Siege of Orgrimmar raid, will take some farming) or Cinturone dello Studioso Shan'ze(Vendor bought).
Sorry guys, you are pretty much screwed on the whole belt thing.

For the cloak, I recommend Mantello Maledetto dal Mare. It drops in the Maw of Souls Dungeon on Heroic difficulty(Pay no mind to the screenshot, it is the wrong one shown).
However, there are multiple cloaks with the color pattern, they just differ in shapes, but the Seacursed Wrap is my personal favorite, as it is the type that parts in 2.
The other Heroic dungeons drop different shapes of the cloak, but share the color pattern.
