Looks like Guanti Lunghi di Acqua Salmastra and Cinturone di Acqua Salmastra won't be Moggable, being common. The closest replacements I could find would be Guanti dell'Eruzione and Fusciacca dell'Inflessibilità. Looking at the whole set though, I may try for a different green set.

This set uses the Green variant of the "Horde A1 Mail" artwork and forms three pieces of a six-piece set of the art. The bracers, gloves and belt are missing.

As Kwiila mentioned, the three other pieces are available, but they're all common quality, so can't currently be used for transmog: Bracciali di Acqua Salmastra, Guanti Lunghi di Acqua Salmastra and Cinturone di Acqua Salmastra.

A completed set looks like this. Hopefully they'll allow transmog of common quality pieces some day.

Like many older artwork sets, no art was ever created for the head or shoulders. Pick whatever you think goes as there are no intended matches.

There are four other colours of this set in the artwork database and three are available in the game as sets (though like this one, many of the pieces are common quality). See:

Maroon and dark grey (officially "Blue"): Brackwater Mail (Recolor)
Brown and grey (officially "Brown"): Brackwater Mail (Recolor)
Red and brown (officially "Red"): Brackwater Mail (Recolor)
The remaining colour has purple straps with light blue-grey scale (officially "Purple") but I can't find any available pieces that use it. Gambali Foderati della Ventata (now out of game) give you an idea of the colouring

Mantello di Tela Verde makes an excellent visual match for this set.

Strangely, if used on a female pandaren in the 3D model. She is wearing a cloth on her pants. Haven't check if this is also on a few others yet.

While not exactly matching, the items of the Marshcreeper Mail (Recolor) set are also green. Below I have taken the moggable peices of THIS armor set and filled in missing ones with Marshcreeper items.
