Is there any way to get this set without instant 90? I really like the shoulders and I have no way to obtain them.

To obtain pieces to this set I find it is easier to acquire them if you have a Salvage Yard Tier 3 within your Garrison. It's luck based I find but every now and then I do find a new piece for this armor set along with pieces I have already acquired. They are soulbound and cannot be sold to players and are class specific armor pieces. You can receive this set if you instant level 90 a Druid.

It's quite weird how they went with a helm from a different set than the rest of the gear, although, it fits very nicely. I just don't like the glowing eyes very much. The belt from the Stormrider heroic tier, same as the helm, matches good as well.

This is the staff used for the set given to boosted 90's Bastone della Pioggia Primaverile and is awarded to druids from Grossa Cassa di Riciclaggio

Wildheart Raiment appears to have been the inspiration for the new set Springrain Armor. The new Springrain models use very similar patterns and design, but have toned-down shoulders and a helmet variation from the Wildheart.

Wildheart Raiment in its original form is no longer available in the game, although there are "Replica" versions available from the Fiera di Lunacupa. (See this search: http://www.wowhead.com/search?q=Replica+Wildheart)

Springrain Armor (iLevel 483) was first available when a druid was boosted to level 90; after the release of Warlords of Draenor higher item level versions became available primarily through garrison quests and salvage.

The only part I am currently missing is the belt. I really want to mog my druid's armor with this set, so I used Starfire Waistband (bought from G'eras in Shatt) from Nordrassil set. For boots I chose Sandals of Leaping Coals (imo the dark color matches well) and for head Cover of the Keepers.

Using Drappo del Distruttore di Torvaluna and Bastone delle Bestie for my male tauren, without the helm displayed. Screenshot front and back pending.

In my opinion, this is the best-looking of the garrison 610 sets.

Am I the only one being able to loot just one among the three kinds of item for each slot? For example, I looted 5+ Gambiere della Pioggia Primaverile, but I've never seen Pantaloni della Pioggia Primaverile or Gambali Foderati della Pioggia Primaverile. And this happened for other slots too, after hundreds of crates open. I'm afraid they are depending on other factors, like realm or region, but a GM told me they are all droppable, maybe some are rarer than others.

The helm chops off your ears if you're a worgen, even though they should be able to stick out, like with the Stormrider's Helm. Zoom in on the head and you can even see the ear stumps. Hopefully Blizzard will fix it eventually, but until then there's no way my Worgen druid will wear this set.

There is another weapon that goes with this set or at least has the same name Asta della Pioggia Primaverile personally I think the stave is better itemised for a moonkin (and also looks better with the springrain armor) than the staff Bastone della Pioggia Primaverile.

With the exception of the helm, this is one of my favorite Night Elf Druid sets. I love the simplicity of it, captures a Druid very well. It takes inspiration from older Druid sets which is fine. It has a very classic WoW Druid style to it, suits Moonkins as well.

Somehow I got the appearance of this set when playing Balance Druid in the level 100 trial and I can wear it on my other druid I leveled after while I never completed the trial or applied a boost. Tried this on my monk and hunter who already were 110 and it didn't work. Very strange

These class specific sets are also available as rewards in the BfA pre-patch world quests in Darkshore, item level 210+

While this Transmog Set was first introduced for the WoD Salvage Yard, it has since been used for the BfA pre-expansion event (the Rootweave items) but the easiest way to unlock this set is to create a Class Trial Druid character.
Simply log into that character once, open the Scrigno dell'Avventuriero to also unlock the weapon appearances. You can then delete this character.
If you're using addons at all, I suggest going to a realm where you don't have characters yet, and disable all addons after creating the character, before logging in.
You can do this for all classes, obviously, for the sets mentioned in arabus80's comment.
