This is the green version of the Swashbuckler's Garb (except for the headpiece).

On the worgen 3D model, the headpiece seems to be red and blue instead of green and yellow. Not sure if this is just a bug on wowhead or if it really is that color in-game, though I doubt it.

This set uses the Green variant of the "C3 Leather" artwork set and forms a complete seven-piece set of the art.

There actually isn't any artwork in the C3 Leather set for a helm, so there's no intended match. Just pick whatever you think matches.

There are a few other sources for the pieces of this set (ignoring quest rewards except where they're the only source):

Shoulders: Guardaspalle del Pantano. There are also ones with a flatter, down-turned shape: Spalletti della Selva Vivente
Wrists: Bracciali di Cuoio del Legionario Krom'gar (Horde only)
Hands: There are some shorter gloves that use a slightly different style (they actually use the bracer artwork for the arm part of the gloves). All are quest rewards: Guardamani dell'Astronomo, Guanti da Eroe, Guanti di Alina

There are five other colour variants of this artwork in the database and four are available in the game as complete seven-piece sets. The fifth, Frost, is highly derived and missing many pieces. See:

If you're looking for some alternatives or additions to this set I'm using these and recommend them:
archer's boots (alt: x)
archer's gloves (alt: x, x)
forest green cloak
russet hat (ranger hat which is leather for transmog)
safety goggles (i prefer these over the green engineering goggles because of the brown rim)

So, if you are Horde and play through Stone Talon mountain you can buy the wrist Bracciali di Cuoio del Legionario Krom'gar from the NPC Quartiermastro Krom'gar, which matches this set. It is purchasable at Legionnaire level. The starter quest for the chain is either Ordine del Capoguerra: Vette di Petrartiglio! or Siamo qui per fare una cosa, forse due... that starts at this NPC Guardia di Sangue Aldo Diapaci in Ashenvale at Silverwind Refuge.

Why is it that most of the screenshots for the pants (on females) show the places between the straps to be filled in with fabric, but the 3-D model viewer has those same spots as cut-outs? I don't get it!
