This is the 483 Raid Finder Cuore della Paura/Terrazza dell'Eterna Primavera Cacciatore collection. It's Tier 14, based on the armor set, but there are Sciamano-friendly options for every slot (as TheMo1 mentioned).

Mantello da Esibizione di Dory appears to complement the look very nicely but however, it's a BoE world drop which isn't commonly seen in the AH. Alternatively, use Cappa di Alfa which has the same color and model and is looted from Tesori Corrotti della Vallata and Tumulto Coagulato in lfr.

For those of you that find the gap between the chest piece and gloves annoying, go farm Blackrock Depths for the Master Builder's Shirt. The purple in the shirt matches this set perfectly and really covers up my ork's green skin in a sea of purple.

These sets are obtainable by Island Expeditions. It appears that the difficulty does not matter, but theme/kind of enemies that are on the island.
None of them are class limited, but some are identical to prevoius existing sets and can be mogged by everyone with this amor type now.

Interesting to note: per the journal, I have the LFR version of these gloves, yet it shows I'm missing the mog for the Wild Marauder gloves. Switching between the 2, there is a very slight difference between the appearances.
