Waterborne Shoulderguards and Lightning Prisoner's Boots (Elite) are blue and don't match this set.

They do match the normal version of this tier Regalia of the Firebird.

The head of this set is one of the few head pieces that really work great with a tauren, in my opinion. Most others just stretch and look horrible....

I use this set with my female tauren shaman, sadly the robe just will not drop for me (yet), so I use the vest instead for now. Though green and blue are not bad also, I definitely prefer the red one.

I have the Firebird's Cuirass, but it's not registering in my appearances tab as the chest piece for the set. Clearly a bug as it's the same model as the other spec heroic chest pieces.
Edit: You need to be in elemental spec for the tier piece to register in the set.
