The matching belt, which is missing from this list as of this writing, is an intellect belt, Weaver's Cord of Eternal Autumn

Here's a link to the full set in comparison mode to see the models.

Unfortunately there is no agility version, so WW and BM monks will have to run as MW in order to receive the belt. The way LFR gear is handed out, the game no longer gives you offset items, only items appropriate for your current spec.

The same applies to MW monks seeking the boots, as the only matching pair are agility, they will have to tank or DPS a run.

Edit: Due to the changes in 5.3, you can now select a "loot specialization" and gain loot for offspecs via LFR.

These sets are obtainable by Island Expeditions. It appears that the difficulty does not matter, but theme/kind of enemies that are on the island.
None of them are class limited, but some are identical to prevoius existing sets and can be mogged by everyone with this amor type now.
