This set uses the Blue variant of the "C1 Robe" artwork and forms a complete three-piece set of the art.

There isn't set artwork for any other piece (belt, boots, bracers or gloves). Just those three.

Note that Tonaca dell'Apostata has slightly different sleeves to the other two robes listed.

Also note that all three sets of listed shoulders use different models. Spalline Arcane curve downwards. Coprispalle dell'Apostata and Mantello del Fuganebbia are both two-tier and curve upwards, but to differing degrees.

For this Blue set, the hat does seem to match correctly. The band is basically a distorted version of the hem pattern. But for the Green and Purple variants (see below) the hat bands are unrelated and the colours are a bit off, suggesting they're probably not supposed to match.

There are five other colours of this set in the artwork database and all are available in the game as complete two-piece robe and shoulders sets (three-piece for most of them, if you consider the hats a valid match). See:

Cappa di Telardente Malvagia is perfect for this set. Guanti del Fuganebbia aren't bad gloves for it, although they're primarily gold rather than blue.

For shoes so far I'm using Stivali Lisci Cenariani. As for a belt, I'm using Cintura del Capo Ingegnere until I can get someone to craft me Cintura dell'Arcimago.

Edit: Got the belt. It looks a lot better in practice - you can see the gold of the robe peeping through the filigree of the belt buckle!

More Edit: Of course, the absolute best belt you can get for this set is Fascia dell'Apostata. Not only does it exist, it matches the robe perfectly.

Bastone dell'Uccisore di Torth is a great match colourwise if you want a staff mog. There's an Alliance equivalent that's identical.

Personally with the robe and the hat I use Drappo dell'Abilità del Gladiatore Crudele, same model as mentioned above.

As for shoulders, I preferred to bring out a darker blue tone so I went with Coprispalle della Paura Inconsolabile to darken the tone but retain the gold in the set as well.

Upon wearing these shoulders a while I also noticed that it had a lighter blue tone to it as well, leading me to match it with the Insegna da Battaglia dei Lupi Bianchi as my tabard and Cintura Elegante as my belt, and it truly does look stunning in my opinion.

As for a weapon, being a mage I opted for the one-handed sword look and paired this set with Maladath, Lama Runica dello Stormo Nero and the appropriately named Bastone del Fuganebbia as an off-hand.

As a side note, this set looks very good with Redini del Draco di Zaffiro. :)
