This set uses the "Frost" variant of the "C3 Leather" artwork set. It was used for the level 60 Naxxramas frost leather set (now unavailable), and some level 80 Northrend crafted pieces.

As such, many of the pieces are now sadly unavailable. Only the chest, shoulders, belt and boots are likely to be had. The helmet and leggings have been unavailable since level 60 Naxxramas was removed. The recipes to craft the listed gloves and bracers are also no longer obtainable. Some old players may still know them but they require out-of-game materials.

Of the boots, note that Stivali del Grinfianita are a thinner model.

There are five other straight colour variants of this artwork in the database and all are available in the game as complete seven-piece sets. They look quite different to this Frost variant, which was highly derived. See:

Blue: Glyphed Garb
Brown: Glyphed Garb (Recolor)
Green: Glyphed Garb (Recolor)
Red: Glyphed Garb (Recolor)
Grey (officially "White"): Glyphed Garb (Recolor)

I've been putting together a transmog set based on this, using the Polar Vest, Polar Cord, Polar Boots, and Mantle of the White Tiger.

For gloves and legs I've chosen the Gloves of the Unbound and Clefthoof Britches.

Stivali di Riva del Sud is also an other possibility for the boots.

I stumbled across this set worn by Dirkee of the famous <Nurfed> guild. He is sporting the entire set and I am quite sure, that not many people have this anymore today, as it was the Frost Resistance gear that players needed to survive in the old 40 man raid version of Naxxramas, the last raid instance of Vanilla WoW.

My hat's off to everyone who had the vision (and bag/bank space) to preserve the old things before they disappeared.

I prefer the Cappuccio di Scaglie di Vento for the headpiece and add the Camicia da Lavoratore Blu.
Dual-weilding Volontà Incrollabile (which sheathe on the back).
If you can manage to find a Insegna del Freddo on the BMAH it also works.

Patch 10.1.5 re-added many old appearances, making this set much easier to obtain.
