There are few choices if anybody want to transmogrief this set and is missing Hands, items are ordered by how they fit (from best fitting to worst fitting).

If you are a Priest, you can use one of those:

T11 Hc Hands (non-Hc ones does not fit with their color at all) Guanti Mercuriali
T1 Hands Guanti della Profezia
T2 Hands Guardamani Foderati della Trascendenza
T12 Hc Hands (non-Hc ones does not fit with their color so well) Guanti della Fiamma Purificatrice
T10 25 man normal/10 man Hc version (not as good as those 2 above) Mitene dell'Accolito Cremisi Sacrale

If you are a Mage, you can use one of those:

T10 25 man Hc version (fits quite well to this set) Guanti del Mago del Sangue Sacrali
T8 10 man version (fits well with color, but not so much with design) Guanti Lunghi del Kirin Tor del Valore

Obviously im not posting what firts there if you are lock, since its Lock set and they can use their set Hands :)

If you're looking for a wand to go with this set, try Writhing Wand. It definitely fits the theme of this set, and it looks pretty cool to boot :)

I found that Guanti del Tessitore Distorcente matches the set very well and still shows the bracers. Other items are alright, like Mitene Intrecciate di Corda, Guardamani Foderati di Seta del Gladiatore Tirannico, Guanti Salmastri, Guanti del Mago del Sangue Sacrali, Guanti Mistici, and Guanti di Zaetar.

I also can't tell if Paramani del Soffio Incandescente di Montak is a stretch or not. The blue in the gloves matches perfectly with the rest of the blue in the set but I'm not sure if the red is too much.

Guanti di Malastoffa (Stage 1) matches this set fairly well. The colors do, at least.

The bad news is that it costs 20k Moneta Senza Tempo. At level 100, those are incredibly easy to make though.
