Seems like the Cataclysmic Gladiator's Vestments is unobtainable as of patch 5.0.1
Vendors in major cities, Tanaris and the Sewers has been removed.

Instead of Cataclysmic, Blizzard has decided to put Vicious (season 9) back into the game. Which is by the way an awesome choice for transmog when it comes to rogues. Vicious (season 9) can be bought in Tanaris and the Sewers in Dalaran.

The pvp vendors in SW are back as of 5.2 with this set. They are no longer sold in the Dalaran sewers.

Capps Carlin or Evee Copperspring in Gadetgetzan.
Sergeant Thunderhorn for Horde in Orgrimmar.
Captain Dirgehammer for Alliance in Stormwind.

Total cost is 6600 honor points

Helm - 1100 honor points
Shoulders - 825 honor points

What the heck? Viewing this set in 3D on a female model, the pants are showing up like a pair of chaps. This is not how they appear in-game, or in the screenshots. They show up like a regular pair of pants in-game.
