This set uses the Bronze version of the "Horde C3 Plate" artwork. One of a number of mail sets that use plate artwork. It forms five pieces of a six-piece set of the art.

No artwork exists in the database for matching shoulders or helm for this set. While there are "Runed Copper" pieces for these, they use unrelated artwork and so aren't included here. So choose whatever you like, there are no pieces designed to match.

Artwork for the boots does exist, but sadly they don't seem to be available in the game. If the boots did exist they'd have the same patterning as Symbolic Greaves, only in the bronze colour of this set.

There are five other colours of this artwork in the database but all the others are on plate not mail:

Purple: Bloodforged Plate (Recolor)
Gold: Bloodforged Plate (Recolor)
Blue-black (officially "Blue"): Bloodforged Plate (Recolor)
Red: Bloodforged Plate
Black: only two pieces, Pettorale Corazzato della Runa Oscura and Guanti della Runa Oscura

The bracer patterns vary a bit between the colours, but that's just part of the artwork.

any idea for boots?

As a side comment, I like to think it was sort of silently designed for horde characters with... feet problems (trolls/ taurens), as the runed copper set was introduced in vanilla, not in TBC, when there were no Draenei.

If the the above boot options are not pleasing visually, the most logical step would be to just do a search using the min-max requirement for the item collection, like http://www.wowhead.com/items=4.3?filter=qu=2;sl=8;minrl=7;maxrl=14;si=2 and see if anything fits. Maybe increase a bit the options by searching http://www.wowhead.com/items=4.3?filter=qu=2;sl=8;minrl=5;maxrl=19;si=2 even? :)

I found that the Stivali Capolavoro work well with this set if you want to bring ou the golden / copper color at least.

I've tried my best, but there is not a lot of pieces that fits really well.

I've managed to do this set, but the helmet doesn't go well with it.
Maybe you can just remove the helmet...
