This set uses the Black variant of the "D1 Leather" artwork and forms six pieces of a seven-piece set of the art. Only the helm is missing.

Sadly there doesn't seem to be a headpiece available that uses the same artwork and colour (Banda di Cuoio Perverso doesn't). If one existed it'd look like Berretto Duraturo (the headpiece for the Brown version) only black.

Note that there technically isn't any art for a Black belt in the D1 Leather set artwork, but I'm completely convinced that's due to a file name error and it should be Cintura dell'Araldo. (The official set belt, Cintura di Cuoio Perverso, doesn't use the set artwork at all.)
Together the pieces look like this, so judge for yourself. Note the metal studs have the same brown shading as the metal rings on these pieces and seem to have been designed to match.
The art for that belt is officially "D2 Leather" (which would mean it's supposed to belong with Stormshroud Armor though it doesn't match at all), but matches this set much better. More compelling evidence is that there is a "D1" belt for the brown version of this set (Wanderer's Garb) and it's identical in style to these nominally "D2" belts.

There are four other colours of this artwork in the database and all are used by at least a few pieces. Only two have mostly-complete sets. The remaining two are only present in a few pieces, not enough to make proper sets from. See:

Gray: Wicked Leather Armor (Recolor) (missing boots and bracers)
Brown: Wicked Leather Armor (Recolor)
Red: no transmog page. Click to view appearance and pieces (just helm, gloves, belt and pants)
Green: no transmog page. Click to view appearance and pieces (just head, shoulders, belt, pants, boots)

Note that I've included the matching belts from the "D2 Leather" set, as explained above. In the case of Green it doesn't seem to match the existing pieces that closely, but it would have made sense with a full set (it matches the neck of the chest).

It's also worth noting that Guardaspalle Runici del Demone also matches this set (and is also now an agility item).

It's worth noting that Cintura di Pelle di Drago Tesa matches the dusty gray of the item set better than Cintura dell'Araldo. It's from the same instance as the Spalletti di Pelle di Drago Tesa, with a similar name. Though it's listed as an 8% drop, it has a possibility of dropping from 3 bosses, so your chances are higher.

As a resto druid, I'm going with Mazza Chiodata Furiosa di Saronite and Grimorio Runico del Fuoco. Might replace the mace with something else, but it was the first thing I saw, easy to get, and the color matches well.

The matching gloves Gargoyle Slashers also drop from Kirtonos the Herald in Scholomance.

I find that Maschera di Sunroc or Maschera di Pelle di Mammuceronte (Horde only) fits this very well. Now to find some weaons for this...

i used Demonic Runed Spaulders. Looks better IMO. Any cheap belt off the AH will do, but i used Riplash Belt.

Also used Keris of Zul'Serak, which dropped while farming BRS and Helm of Assassination to finish it off.

I'm currently using This For my male Pandaren Rogue, trying to make the best out of the wicked leather belt by adding alittle bit more red with the set (I'm Horde, so the red just kinda goes naturally fine imo).

Giubba dell'Abbraccio Notturno and Giaco Infuso d'Ombra both have the longer arm sleeves, from mid upper arm to mid forearm. Whereas Armatura di Cuoio Perverso only has small arm bands.

As of WoD Giubba dell'Abbraccio Notturno which only drops in UBRS may not be available, so if you want the long sleeved model you'll have to farm BWL raid.
