I was also hoping to have this armor look for my toon, unfortunately it doesn't work and here's a blue post on it:

The items out in the world (Marshals, Grand Marshal’s, High Warlord, etc) that use the level 60 PvP art are un-transmogrifiable (including the item level 115 stuff that shares the name from Burning Crusade).

In Area 52 a set of vendors has replaced the PvP Vendors who used to live there. Grex Brainboiler, Krixel Pinchwhistle, Tini Smalls, Kezzik the Striker, Big Zokk Torquewrench, and Leeni “Smiley” Smalls. These vendors sell new, transmogrifiable versions of the classic armor to players who have the Feat of Strength for Legionnaire/Knight-Captain or higher under the old PvP system.

There was a bug with the Feat of Strength granting access to these items, but was hotfixed within the last couple of minutes. If you meet the criteria log out and back in and you should be able to access the vendor.

The design intent with the Feat of Strength achievement requirement was specifically to limit these particular art styles to players who earned them through the OG (and relentlessly difficult) PvP honor system, while keeping the door open to reward them to more people in the future.

In a future patch the items sold by the Area 52 vendors will also be renamed ‘Replica of’ to be more consistent with the items sold by the Darkmoon Faire – they’re currently exact duplicates of the original items that allow transmogrification, which is obviously a bit confusing.

Potentially related, since he’s in the same area, Kezzik the Striker sells inaccessible Season 1 Gladiator’s, Season 2 Merciless Gladiator’s, and Season 3 Vengeful Gladiator’s gear to all players, as the majority of that gear didn’t have restrictions.

All right, I didn't want to give up on my blood knight outfit, but unfortunately blizzard made all three really good sources unobtainable/untransmoggable: Warlord's Aegis, High Warlord's Aegis, and Champion's Redoubt. Well poopie.

My choices are now Dark Iron Plate or a frankenstein's monster of random other black-and-red armor which inevitably needs to be filled out with dark iron pieces like the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park and frog DNA depending on which quests I've already done. But anyway:

And this is just so frustrating because the pvp stuff was SO GOOD, intense black and red, but these others are kind of washed out, more grey than black, etc. Silly Blizzard. I'll leave this as a reference for others trying to put together a Blood Knight transmog set.

This is a really good quide you made there Schadenfreude. I used some of the items and some other to make an orange-blackish set for my warrior. I use Guanti di Rabbiacciaio for the gloves and Schinieri del Calcalava for boots. They match perfectly (alhtough my intension was not to recreate the horde paladin set). I think it's worth mentioning that if somebody aims for the 100% look they should go with Breastplate of the Warbringer and Avenger's Leggplates as they has a slightly darker look making them 100% the color of the paladin pvp set.

And the most important part. You forgot to mention the Elmo Foderato della Determinazione which is exactly the helm somebody is looking for if they aim to recreate the set.

Fun fact: If you see a Horde Paladin with this set transmogrified on his gear... then (s)he was an Alliance Faction Transfer. Why might you ask?

Prior to patch 2.0.0, players could earn titles by participating in PvP; ranks would be assigned based on the number of contribution points acquired by killing opposite-faction players during a week. With the release of Patch 2.0.0 and the Burning Crusade, players can no longer obtain or improve their Honor System title, but can choose to display their highest lifetime title they've earned before the patch. All honor system titles are displayed in the format: title <name>.

The old ranking system existed back when Horde had no Paladins, and Alliance no Shaman, and removed upon TBC's launch. This therefore is the only indicator of a faction transfer in-game.

I didn't like the skin out of my armor so i craft a Dark Silk Shirt and it match very well with this set (it looks like it can't but give a try and you'll see).

So, I got Blood knight set for my Death knight. Under me see what I have.

All things come from a vendor in Shattrath City, except, shoulder and swords.

I wanted to make a set that was not just a bunch of grey and red items, and I found Guanti Lunghi del Prescelto, which are worn by Campione Moebius. I used Gambali Corazzati del Giustiziere for the legs, Elmo Foderato della Determinazione for the head, Cinturone dei Goblin for the belt, also Champion Vranesh. There are no boots with the exact same color scheme as the PvP set, so I based my set around Mehlar Lamalborea's colors. I used the Calzari del Giudizio for the boots, Guardaspalle del Giudizio for the shoulders, Mantello da Guerra del Cavaliere del Sangue for the back, Granspada dei Sin'dorei for the weapon while in Ret spec, Spada dell'Ingegno dell'Arcimago and Difensore del Cavaliere del Sangue for Prot/Holy spec, the Insegna del Cavaliere del Sangue of course, and for the chest, I used Pettorale Corazzato Patinato because I like the way it covers the neck and matches on the sides (this one only works for those with the tabard). If you want to have more gold and red, you can use Guanti Lunghi del Giudizio, Cappa della Furia Scarlatta Recuperata, and Insegna di Lunargenta. Players who are eligible to transmog this appearance need to have achieved Cavalier Capitano/Legionario back in vanilla or 1800 RBG rating. They can purchase transmogrifiable versions from vendors in Area 52.

Blizzard seriously need to remove the restrictions for the old level 60 pvp sets, it's 2021. No one who earned them back then are using them for transmog today, and even then I doubt many even play anymore so this set is maybe available to 1/100000 players.
