Matching bracers not mentioned here that come from the same questline as most of the pieces in 1k needles: Really Cold Bracers
Dunno how they missed it, but they probably are barely (if not, completely in)visible past the gloves. Ah well

Edit: Unrelated, but that questline to get most of the pieces happens to be the same one in which you get the I-Scream Cryocannon that a lot of people take up from the Brivelthwerp Delivery quest since it's perma-visible outside 1k Needles even (I have it on at least 4 toons), and it may be a pre-requisite meaning potential loss of our cryocannons when getting this set. =< Mucho sadface.
A potential way around this is to get the other cannon that comes 2-3 quests later on the same questline, ~~can't confirm that tho~~.
Edit2: Yup, the 2nd cannon is definitely visible as well, so you can turn in your first one to get the chest (you can even complete loremaster out there as well) without fear. Mucho happyface! =)
Edit3: Can anyone find matching boots for this set? I've searched and searched and come up with nothing. I resorted to these leather ones from WPL for now but obviously they won't work based on the "No differentiating armor class" transmog restriction.
Edit4: After trying different pieces to substitute in for those missing itemslots, I figured I should share my end xmog creation.
Feel free to use this as a stepping stone to your set.

This is slightly misleading. There is another item that matches the chest... just in case you accidentally miss the reward from the Needles quest.

This questing set has been updated in 4.3.2 to show quest rewards for both factions and remove mismatched accessories based on user comments.

There are two plate transmog sets with this model, all from quest rewards in the level 40 range:

Infernal Battleplate, blue/bronze
Contained Sorrow Battleplate, navy/wine

This set has an uncanny color and pattern resemblance to Bold Armor (Recolor) Bold Armor, which is a much-recolored pattern from BC. You should be able to substitute shoes and shoulders from that set to complete this one in plate.

The picture for the Contained Sorrow Battleplate clearly shows a matching belt, yet no matching belt is listed or linked for this set. Does anyone know the name or the source of the matching belt for this set?

Stivali di Saronite Temprati and Spallacci di Saronite Temprati are a decent match to this set if you don't want to trust your luck to Karazhan.

The Darkcrest Boots and Gloves match this fairly well, at least on a Draenei. Blends into the copper/rust color pretty well.

A few important points:

1) THIS is THE Shado-Pan set for warriors/paladins/DKs. It may not look it at first glance, but when you start adding the requisite pieces (and the all-important Elmetto degli Shandaren - Replica), it becomes clear that this is the best 'lightly-armored ninja' plate set in WoW. And it's one whose color tones conveniently blend with the Shado-Pan's favored dark blues and crimsons.

2) The problem with the set, obviously, is the lack of boots, a belt and shoulders. What's more, as shoulders are the primary source of 'epicness' (not a word, but I trust you follow) in armor in WoW, that deficiency is a big problem. And some of the other suggestions here? Well, they match... but they're not epic.

The solution? Paraspalle della Morte Innaturale. Yeah, awesome right? Not over the top, but still cool. Pair those with Stivali di Pirio Malvagi (far and away the best-matching stompers, and easily-attainable to boot ), Cintura dell'Impantanato (a very subtle style), and Cappa del Barone Nero and you're in business. IMO, once you've got all that, Ashkandi, Granspada della Fratellanza combines just the right amount of Asian theming and bad-***ery to complete the look.

Voila -- you are the greatest plate-wearing Shado-Pan of them all. Here's a link to the full set.

This outfit is obtained by questing in either the Eastern Plaguelands or Thousand Needles. If you haven't quested through either place yet, the hands are from the Plaguelands only, so you'll probably want to start there.

And, as has been stated elsewhere, this set is the perfect starting point for a plate outfit to go with the Shado-Pan Helmet.

From what I have been able to find, Fibbia del Semidio Caduto seems to be a near spot on match for a belt.
