I'd say the "the Tank" would be an title for leaving 20 dungeons without completing them :P

yes you can still get this, just que for random dungeons it will show up once you have qued with 50 random people, best way is to just do it on normal dungeon's

That's actually a very bad idea.

"Use the Dungeon Finder tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 50 random players total."

Yea but we got our reasons since DPS tend to:
Stand still for 10sec after every pack and whine when the tank pulls the next one without asking if everyone was ready (there's one speed: Mine). If the healer keeps up you'd better be.
Blame the tank for unavoidable boss mechanics.
Wait 3min before they roll on anything.
Never interrupts anything on bigger packs and always blames the tank.
Run away to the other end of the instance when they get aggro making it effing impossible to get it back or taunt. And ofc blame the tank.
And the golden DPS rule: never attack the tanks target.

As a healer, I can give you the other side of it.

1. If you are dps and you draw aggro, run to the tank or I won't heal you. Even if you do, I probably won't heal you, but at least this way you stand a chance.

2. If you are dps and I am under attack and the tank doesn't notice, get yourself on my mob right away. Better you die than me. If you don't do this, see rule one - pretty much for the rest of the instance.

3. If you are dps and not attacking the tank's target -- see rule 1.

4. Tanks. You may be the most awesomest ever, but if I'm outta mana, then I'm outta mana. I promise to drink real fast, but we will be stopping. Get your OCD brain wrapped around it.

5. Tanks. Pulling the entire instance may look cool, and your friends may think you are 'leet', but if you don't have the gear to manage it I will let you die until you stop or leave. I'd rather wait 5 minutes for a new tank than wipe time and time again all the while listening to you whine about how I can't heal your entire health in under one second.

6. Again for the tanks. I am not invisible. If you don't see me, it's because I'm not there. If you didn't bring a couple stacks of healing potions with no cooldown on them, you might want to wait.

7. Everyone. STOP STANDING IN THE BAD! :)

It may be just me, but I swear I got this title on my Gnome Death Knight (Cydrann) when I reached 525 in First Aid. Though I was in a dungeon, so I'm not sure at the exact same time, a new member joined the party.

The drama queens in this dungeon group all need therapy, and yet I'm the one who's called "the Patient".

This title is a lot harder to obtain playing as a DPS, plainly due to the fact that every dungeon queue always needs either a tank or a healer. Other than that its a fairly nice title and was quite satisfying to obtain.
