These titles are first earned by becoming Exalted Champion of the faction city in Il Torneo d'Argento, as well as having Exalted rep with that city.

While most of the mounts earned from the tourney aren't converted for the other faction on an account, the titles do convert: they require level 80, but NOT Exalted status or any Argent involvement.

Crusader is shared.

There are no home city titles for goblins, worgen, or Pandaren, and probably won't ever be, although currently goblins and worgen can participate in the AT (via Org/Darn I believe), but Pandaren can't.
