Any suggestions on how to proceed when the queues are 20 minutes long, and we end up in the battleground, 10 unable to kill 2 healers?

I had heard otherwise, but it appears that this achievement IS cumulative across all toons.

A nice way to get 50-100 HKs per bg is to just farm low level battlegrounds, not many people care about winning, and it's just a death-match, so you usually get the full 20 minutes in Warsong.

Unless you can get a 40 man premade Alterac going. I'd do this.
