On my server these cost anywhere between 10g-120g
So if you happen to be outraged by the insane price, Like i was. All you have to do is check the Auction house every day or so for it. After about a week I got one for only 4g. I was so happy.
This goes to show you that a little waiting time can really pay off.

Who sells the pattern for the pouch?
There's a few on AH but for insane prices that are sure much much higher than the actual vendor price.

Also, this requires pretty high level mats, so it won't be cheap.

The 24 slot pattern appeared in my tailoring window after defeating Gandling. I didn't get how, until I looked it up. Its cool though :D

well, this morning, ichor of undeath was selling for 3g for 2, but now, about 12 hours later, its selling with a buyout price for 15g!

Does it require lvl 51 to use? It says lvl 51 item.

8g on EU Earthen Ring. Was one of the first to actually equip. They're ace, no more mucking around. Sod getting the bigger pack for now, I'm going to equip 2 of these instead. I've constantly got 2x16's filled anyway :)

They can only store shards. It tells you how many are stored in the bag, and shards auto store in the bag, no more sorting :)

I find it quite funny, I normally keep about 8 shards max at any one time. Sometimes less if I have a healthstone. This bag should be a real improvement.

the components to make it require you to go to AH or fight high level mobs.. but who needs shard bags more than low level warlocks?

holding shards isnt as big a deal (dont get me wrong, its still bad) when you have 4 14+ slot bags, but when you have 4 6-8 slot bags shards are a killer... but 5 gold is a lot to low level characters

I made 2 of these babies an hour ago. I don't understand how some players sell them for 2G, because the cost of the resources is at least 4G (on my server). 30 Runecloth sells for 3G at AH, Rugged Leather 1 for 10s if you're lucky. Ichor of the Undead about the same price (on my server...). 50s for the thread.

I hope to make some money out of this. I already sold 1, though I was too nice and agreed upon 3G. The guy had been walking after me (finding recipe) for over an hour to get the bag. :p

haha i just made one, picked up Ichor of Undeath (two of them) for 10s. woohoo i already had runecloth (didn't piss it all away during AQ event) and my druid had the leather so this cost me all of nothing to make :)

-EDIT Taterrexx is a n00b, just the fact that it puts all my shards automatically in the bag is sweet. The fact that i went from holding 12shards (since i always had a bag dedicated to shards anyway) all the way to 24 (upgraded to the Scholo bag already) is huge.

Where do one learn higher level tailoring stuff after 260? do i have to grind patterns and buy a AH now? if i wanna rise in skill, or is there anyone exept the Master tailor in Jaina Proudmoore's town? plz help!

so hunter quivers and ammo pouches give an increase to shooting speed. locks' pouches just give you the extra storage space. anyone think it might be fair to give some sort of buff to soul pouches like hunter pouches?

These are very cheap on my server, only 3 gold on average, if not less. Though, my Warlock is only level 16, do warlocks later on have to carry more shards? Right now I cant imagine ever having to use up the 20 spaces...also, can u put the by-product of the shards in there (Healthstones etc) just curious, thanks.

Well all warlocks get soul fire so that one was a bit pointless...
but i am a lvl 70 human warlock on Genjuros and i have had this bag since lvl 10 thanks to a tailoring friend and its been very helpfull
in my opinion desto warlocks need a lot of shard space since moves like Shadowburn cost 1 shard to use and if the oponent dies in X amount of time you receive a new soul shard, although i still use this in pvp and againts mobs regardless of weather they are going to die since the dmg it does is immense

Yeah, having sufficient shards is crucial in high level instances and raids. Its nice to be able to hand out healthsones, soulstones, and do dmg spells with out having to worry with constantly using soul drain.

I made one for a lock mate of mine for 1g, the parts aren't that hard to get, and the pattern was 1g, gave it away to the first tailor who was willing to do it for the pattern.

You should see the prices on Firetree, 20-30g... nuts.

Only one a time? eh.... yea that does suck. I thought it would cool as well to hold like 60 shards in PVP. BUT if you think about it. You can still do the same thing....but with 16 slot backpacks :D. got mine for around 4 gold on Garona/horde side.

Is it me or are they just pretty pointless?

Normal bags can carry shards + other items, this bag takes up a whole bagspace, and can only take shards (granted min 20) but still...

It doesn't seem worth the cost (8g on Aggramar :/)

Not really solving the locks shard problems...

Oh, and you can only equip one at a time, so not great for carrying loads of shards into PvP...

They have a felcloth bag and the soul pouches, but the felcloth bags were too much money so i bought a soul pouch for 5g buyout and i love it!, no more destroying shards to make room, instead the shards go right to that bag, and i can hold 20, only draw back is it takes up a bag slot, other than that i love it and so does my gnome :).

Well.. not worth more then 3G.. if you got a skinnerfriend and you grind some EP/WP you can prob sell if for 2G with massproduction.

Thou.. hte problem is that locks go nuts because they se "something for locks! must have -> NOW <-"

and that gets expencive..

The bags are great if you need to carry a lot of shards, but I never need to carry that many with me that I would tie up a bag slot with a shard bag. I would have rather had shards stack; even just stacks of 5 would have been nice.

They are a bit like hunters using ammo pouch/quiver for their ammo/arrows, but at least then they get a speed increase with them.

But I can see that for PvP or large raids they may have some use.

I think it is a bit over priced for now, so I'll wait for it to go down a bit, but this, in my opinion, is great for locks.

Nobody mentioned it yet so I guess nobody tried it: can you use 2 or more at a time? I may consider making myself a second one, just for when I go into an instance and need to summon a lot and make a lot of healthstones. Though I'll probably never need tat many... hm. =)
