Ok so there had been posts by the community where the Twilight Highland beginning quest starts for 120's . I decided to start this quest line because I have a quest from Island Expeditions - Battered Twilight Scale which requires the character to have done the quest line in Twilight Highlands to turn in the quest. To make this short as of 8.2.5 Etrigg does not give the quest and the Twilight Highlands does not show up on the War-Board. So I flew around and looked on the map to see anything to do with Twilight Highlands or Machines of War. In Azshara - Friz Groundspin ( 50.72,73.92 ) has a quest called Twilight Skies that asks you to accompany the air fleet to Twilight Highlands.

As usual you have to wait for the Zeppelin to arrive which can take a couple of mins . The Zeppelin arrives and you board it . After maybe 30-40 seconds it takes off and you are motionless on the Zeppelin for couple seconds before it starts moving again. You get a little role-play while you're flying to Dragonmaw Port , you end up blowing up and forced to jump ship. When you land you can pick up more quests that allow you to continue the story and opening up more of the area.
