Making a note to all,
Seems as though BFA skinning has built in Tecnica di Scuoiatura: Massacro di Legion
It is rare but you can collect meat from the corpses you skin in BFA same as it worked in legion except it seems to be built in with no pre-reqs
With that said, seeing as it is built in and no rank system I do not believe there is a way to increase the yield rate/amount.
