Drop rate seamed to of been ALOT lower than 50% to me.

i suggest you start with Bashal'Aran its a small 4 step quest, and in the last step you have to burn a relic in the flames at Ameth'Aran Ruins. so hit three birds with that one stone.

and for drop rate. i had about 20%.

drop rate was about 55% for me.. and as a lvl 13 hunter this quest was VERY easy. and while i was there i did the quest where i had to free that girls soul... she's about in the middle of the ruins.. and surrounded by cursed highborne's.. but i killed one and waited till she walked around and shot her with an arcane shot which made her run to me and attack me.. killed her (well re-killed her) and poof done!

Tons of them at Ameth'Aran. However, the drop rate was super low for me.

drop rate for me was about 20%, but ye just kill all the of cursed highbornes, pretty easy quest.

I noticed that the droprate was lausy. But i recommend that u should kill Wailling Highborne. There are at the camp

The drop rate was extremely low for me. Maybe got one every ten kills. I suggest doing the other Ameth'Aran quests along with this one, so it does not seem as long waiting for a Highborne to drop the Tools

Have you seen the ruins of Ameth'Aran? If not, you will find them on the eastern side of the main road, some ways to the south. Once they were the home of many powerful Highborne, now they are a testament to the destruction their dabblings produced.

I have been told by the Sentinels that the spirits of the Highborne persist, and that they wield their ancient magical implements. Those relics must be appropriated, so that we might destroy them.
