Path down into the excavation is at around 46, 85.

Found Khazgorm at 47,85, fairly near the little tent place with the Cauldron at the front. Easy to kill.

The Foreman are abit of a pain in the ass 'cos they're few and far between and 2-3 excavators always seem to be in the way of getting to them. All the dwarves try flee when low on health too so try slow/stop them bringing their bearded buddies back with them.

The workers respawn farely quickly so watch your back on the way out

It's a pretty far walk to 46,85, so I recommend that if you have done the Tribes at War quest from Mangletooth, get 10 Blood Shards and get the Spirit of the Wind from him (requires level 20).

I think this deserves its own post:

Khazgorm can be hard to find since he usually hides behind objects. However, I found him at the far end of the digging, behind a fallen pillar next to the closed mine entrance.

He's a lvl 24 mob but I didn't even break a sweat as 21 tauren shaman.

If you have a good range with your ranged weapon, you can agro Khazgorm from the top of the cliff instead of clearing all the mine. But you still have to kill 20 mob to complete the quest...

Also, its worth pointing out that no less than three rare-elites are in the proximity of this mine - a green Thunder Lizard just north of it and two dwarves (explosions and stonework expert) in the mine itself.

These are not always there obviously, but being 24 elites its worth keeping an eye out for either avoiding an accidental pull on them, or getting some nice loot of them :)

You can spot Khazgorn by the gray hat that he wears. Looks very Indiana Jones for a dwarf.

Screw this quest. Ive looked over and over and couldnt find him. The spawns are way too fast on the mobs. I gained over 10k xp (some of it rested) while killing them trying to locate this guy. I gave up on the quest and will feel the time spent and xp earned grinding is enough for me to abandon it.

the mobs seen to be retarded. when they run away at low health. they walk around for a very long time-_-

Friggin' annoying quest. Loads of mobs that are just waiting for you to aggro them.

Are there any prerequisites to open the quests from Gann? I can't get any quests from him and I am sure I haven't done his quests yet.

Descrizione

In solitude I wander these roads.

The dwarves of Bael Modan show no respect for my land. Horrendous blasts drive holes deep into the ground as noisy machines rip apart the hills. Lands which once served as home and provider to my tribe are now riddled with destructive dwarves.

Attempts at reaching a diplomatic resolution have failed. Now is the time for decisive action.

Drive the dwarves from the Bael Modan excavation by force and bring to me the journal of their leader, Prospector Khazgorm.
