It seems that you do not have to follow the wolf in order to complete the quest and so if you know of the location (32, 36) then you can simply just travel there and hand it in; useful for those doing these quests at a higher level for reputation.

The water won't work for me.
I stand as near as I can get to that fire which is next to that questgiver but it always says: Needs Tribal Fire.

Anyone knows what to do?

the tribal fire is located at 47, 57, near this drink the water of the seers, after this u cast a blue-isch wolf (takes about 30 secs) wich u have to follow to a cave were u can hand in the quest, take the follow-up quest and inside the cave loot a water barrel and mine some copper

I was doing this for the rep to get a kodo and the wolf just stood there and never moved. It bugs sometimes i guess.

For the record you never even have to drink the water and induce the vision. You can just walk straight to the cave after accepting the quest.
