I'm level 51 and I'm standing next to 'Niby the Almighty' and he has no quests available to me?

Are there any other requirements to start the quest?

EDIT: I see its for warlocks... I'm a mage... sad

Do not do that quest just run LBRS and the warlocks there have a 5.38% chance of dropping the scroll thing to summon your inferno and also you can get it at lvl 50 and you dont have to do a hard quest to get inferno that you need to be lvl 55 to get it

[If I am to teach you the secrets of summoning an infernal servant, you must destroy Kroshius and bring me the infernal core from his burning remains. This, however, is not as easy as it sounds. Kroshius has all but burned out completely. You must reignite his corpse and raise him from the rubble. To do this, however, you must gather some components from other demonic entities.
