As far as Shen'dralar reputation, this looks like the easiest of the librams to collect mats for for a level 80 working towards the Insane in the Membrane achievement.

Once you obtain a Arcanum Of Protection you can turn them in to Zanza (inside of ZG on top of a pyramid) for a Savage Guard.

The Arcanum is pretty much useless now except that the turn in with Zanza is worth 500 reputation with the Zandalar tribe (repeatable).

And it probably has the highest drop rate in Dire Maul North.
That makes things a bit easier.
Easy libram + easy mats = less time consumed
