You can get this done at the Bal'lal Ruins (29,19) right ouside Grom'Gol Base Camp.

You should attempt the following quests together,

1) Bloodscalp Insight
2) Hunt for Yenniku
3) Bloodscalp Ears
4) Bloody Bone Necklaces

4 quests done at once.

You can get this quest done at Bal'lal (29.19) and Tkashi (33.15) ruins, and in Ruins of Zul'Kunda (24.11) too, but if you don't want to go to Booty Bay for quest Bloodscalp Ears you can get some other quests in Grom'Gol Base Camp that are in the way or near to quest objective area:

Bloodscalp Insight, which is done at Bal'lal and Tkashi ruins. Starting level 30.
Hunt for Yenniku, which is done at listed ruins (Bal'lal, Tkashi and Zul'Kunda). Starting level 30.
Bloody Bone Necklaces, which is done at these three ruins too. Starting level 30.
The Vile Reef, which is done at 24,22. Starting level 30.
Defense of Grom'gol, which is done at all the way to ruins. Starting level 33.

Five quests done together =).
Best place for doing Bloody Bone Necklaces is Ruins of Zul'Kunda

Descrizione

A doom, there is. A doom on my chief's youngest son, Yenniku. As is a custom with our people, he was given to the Gurubashi Trolls of Zul'Gurub, but after my tribe, the Darkspear tribe, left with the orc Thrall, poor Yenniku was lost to us. I was sent from distant Orgrimmar, back to Stranglethorn, to search for my chief's son.

And I believe the Bloodscalp tribe has him.

If you would help me, then hunt the Bloodscalps. You may find them to the north. Gather their tusks and return to me.
