This seems to be the start of a very interesting line, but sadly this is the final quest so far as I have been able to discover. Hopefully someday blizzard will come back and finish it, or at the very least give it a proper ending.

I did this quest on my lvl 80 hunter today, and only got 350 rep with Orgrimmar. I think they have changed it somewhere along the way. No rep with the other factions anymore

You got the rep, you just didn't see the spam come up on your screen ;)

All quests which give rep to a single faction group also give a quarter of that reputation to the other faction groups.

im sure i will find the answer to this question before i get a reply, however, after completing this quest where does one go from here? My GF is a more experienced WoW player then i am I only have 2 months toal experience and she has a level 80 Troll Mage and im a level 13 Orc Warrior. Shes not with me right now..so i figured i would ask here first :)

Bad ending tough :/ it would continue in higher levels like killing Neeru or something =)

I'm having trouble completing the last section of this- going into ragefire chasm and killing the two leaders. Trying to pull the troggs oftens nets two or three of them. Is there a better method or is lvl 18 just too soon to try this?

My time spent on the Searing Blade may be all but wasted now, but that does not mean that the Shadow Council's schemes elsewhere must suffer. I will do what I can to minimize the damage here in Ragefire Chasm. In the meantime, I will have my agents in the Barrens and Ashenvale begin work on our newest agenda. Return to me soon.
