As I read on other similar sites this quest gives upon completion 6600 exp and 100 reputation to AG.
Also it is available only for a revered status amongst the AG (meaning a reputation of minimum 21000)

As of patch 2.2, this quest now rewards the following:

Experience gained: 9550 (@ Level 60)
Argent Dawn reputation gained: 500

As of patch 3.08 it still gives only 500 rep. You would think blizz would fix this by now and beef up the rep.
