ok I tried talking to the book, the Jeziba guy and i can't start the quest. Does anyone know what the prerequisite or what I'm doing wrong?

Breastplate of the Chromatic Flight and Legplates of the Chromatic Defier are both one-time quests, not repeatable.
Thus they DO count in "Quest Completed" achievement series.

On the other hand, those three quests starting from Malyfous's Catalogue in Everlook in Winterspring are repeatable**.
**I've only completed "Breastplate of Bloodthirst" one, but a reasonable assumption is these 3 are all the same.

Dont know why someone rated me down, I'm providing useful and valuable information for those aiming at 4000 Quest Completed.

To forge the Breastplate of the Chromatic Flight, you will be required to bring the following items to Jeziba the 'Sculptor':

1 Chromatic Carapace.

10 Brilliant Chromatic Scales.

10 Blood of Heroes.

10 Frayed Abomination Stitchings.

Descrizione

The forging of a powerful breastplate to protect against the unrelenting attacks of the chromatic flight is one built upon irony.

The scales of the very beasts we battle must be sewn to the pristine carapace of an elder chromatic drake or dragon. None are known to exist at this time and we should hope that none will ever exist.

Lastly, perhaps the most difficult of all components: the blood of heroes.

The Sculptor must ultimately forge this creation.
