It's a good idea to use a spell interrupt on the shaman if you have one, as they have a lightning spell that can hit hard as well as a heal that can bring them back to 50% health. (Earthshock is great if you're a shaman)

It is still possible to to get this quest, or at least a version of it, where you need 1 Strong Troll's Blood Elixir, 5 Daggerspine Scales and 5 Torn Fin Eyes from south Hillsbrad, but the quest starts with Master Apothecary Farenall in the Undercity Apothecary and if you can't get all the items (for instance the Elixir, because I'm not an Alchemist and there was just one person selling ten of them for too high a price), then the quest simply vanishes from your box when you log out, and the ingredients that you do have go with it. You can pick it up again, but I have no idea what happens if you complete it, but make sure you can get the Troll's Blood first if you're going to try. I doubt if it counts for anything any more.

Another day, another elixir to be made. If it were up to me, I'd just let the pathetic humans and Scourge fight it out. They seem bent on killing each other as is.

Alas, our Dark Lady wants to help speed up the process a tad so why not pass these morbid days by spreading a little death and disease across the land?

Here's the plan, <name>: you go out to Nethander Stead, south of Tarren Mill and east of the river and Southshore. Collect for me 6 Mudsnout Blossoms from the field for my next elixir.
