4700 xp at 35, and 100 Stormwind Faction. If you hunt from the stone wall north of the yeti, you can get tons of Warmongers and have a place to retreat you can hide behind the building where the Warmongers are located, its a safe location. Warmongers will spawn along the sides of the building, so you can simply wait, pick them off one by one, and then go back behind the building to recover.

I found that the wall i jumped over had i nice little room inside that i oculd hide in to recover. very nice

Soloed at 39 destro lock. Dots, fear, shadow bolt and more dots/fear and his down and me with 2k less mana and 200 hp less :)

Solo'd at lvl45 affliction lock. no need for fear, just dots and drain life. pretty simple and got the full 4700 xp

Had no problem whatsoever with these guys as a 37 hunter (BM). 38 now right before I head out to do this quest, but given I was dropping them (with a fight--but still dropping them!) at 37, it should be no trouble.

Patch 2.3 has changed this quest. The Crushridge Warmongers and Crushridge Mages are no longer 37-39 elite so this quest is much easier to do at a lower level.

I did however have a requirement to kill 10 not 15. I picked this quest up prior to 2.3

The correct coordinates are 40.59. I hopped the stone wall past the snow Yeti's.

I playing on 2.3.2 patch and only 1 Warmonger has been found on 38.57 wich appears approximetly every 10 minutes

The cord's were right on, these guys range from 36-40 or abouts there, jumping over the wall was a great piece of advice, you get some good exp killing these because you sometimes have to kill the enforcers to get to warmongers. They generally drop between 1 and 2 silver per kill.

Great Quest, I soloed it as a lvl 36 Shaman. I went through a lot of mana, but I was killing lvl 39's and 40's. Good XP, and great sheild for Shamans. And Tankme is dead on "hunt from the stone wall north of the yeti" it the perfect location.

I do it on lvl35 with gnome rogue, and yes.. i only waiting for one warmonger and just taking him down, good xp! ;)

Now that you've had a taste of the Crushridge ogres, I want you to really bloody their noses...

Go into the Ruins of Alterac and seek out the Crushridge Warmongers. I want you to cut down a good number of them - that's the only way those brutes will learn to keep their distance from Alliance territory.
