He is in the inn-like area before The Grim Guzzler door. There are lots of neutral mobs. They all turn hostile if you give enough beer to the inn keeper. A 70 mage went down in 5 seconds after aggroing all of them.

My best suggestion is to pull him away from other dwarves in the bar, so you can use all spells also the AoE ones.

if you just talk to him you can run away into the room with the kegs and not have to clear the bar.

At level 80 I just waltzed into the bar and initiated the conversation with him. I was able to fight him and his cronies where they stood without the rest of the bar going red. They stayed yellow (neutral) during the entire fight; I didn't drag Ribbly into another room to fight him.

Blizzards quest helper is bugged for this quest, it says she is in badlands when you mouse over the gold question mark (quest end), but states Burning Stepps as the her location in the quest text.

Someone help a noob out? I've ran thru BRD 3 times (solo for loremaster) and still cant seem to find this room. I have the shadowforge key but dont know where to go. Thnx for any input :)
- I found the room by unlocking the gear/pully assembly in the east garrison and finding my way thru, for those in the same lost boat i was in

But now he's hiding out, deep in Blackrock Depths. Please, find him and bring him to me!

Or, if he won't come, then that's ok... just bring me his head.
