This quest may say level 43 but it isn't. The boat is surrounded by level 48-49 mobs. And elite giants like to patrol that area on land and under the water.

The coords are correct, but depending on your color settings it may be hard to find. Hug the hills all the way to 45* head directly to the shoreline and stand in the water about ankle deep, mouse over the water ,,, Viola.

Surrounded by level 48-49 regular mobs. There's no casting time on completing this quest, so you can finish it while the mobs are hitting you, if you're too low to kill them.

For those who don't have co-ordinates like me....the row boat can be found just off the shore far south of the docks and not too far south of the mouth of the river. It's pretty much directly east of the most northern point of dread isle

While you're doing this quest, you might as well pick up the quests Fuel for the Zapping http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=7721 and Zapped Giants http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=7003 from the guy at the end of the dock http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=14637 . They're different levels than this one, but since you're surrounded by the mobs you need you may as well do something with them. Both of these are easy quests, and fairly decent rewards.

did this quest at level 40 because i swam down in deep water away from mobs until 64 then across avoiding the mobs, the water things hav a time limit and can vanish without being killed and the one near the boat vanished for me to get it.

[An associate of mine, Ginro Hearthkindle, is looking for assistance concerning the location of a courier and the parcels he was carrying. It has been a week or so since the courier went missing; our own searches have proved fruitless, and we're at an impasse. Unfortunately, I have had to declare the courier as missing in action.

If you have the time and resources to spare, please speak with Ginro. He should be here in the Stronghold - perhaps in his quarters.]
