You no longer need to do this quest - They will just teleport you for the asking.

To clarify on the comments above, this quest, before Patch 1.7 (Rise of the Blood God, September 13, 2005), was given by Sanath Lim-Yo. It had to be completed for the player to be teleported to the tower of Arcimago Xylem, who is the titular "Master." However, in the aforementioned patch, this quest was removed, and Sanath teleported players to Xylem's Tower for free.
