Finished the escort and got credit for finishing it. But no letter for the second part of the chain. Level 54 Draenei Shaman.

Finished the escort quest, but there is NO parchment to pick up from the ground so no credit for finishing it, and no ability to continue the chain. Level 53 Gnome Mage.

Did it today and the letter spawned on the ground after a certain guy got shot.
~~Should be noted that Hogger will spawn and kill you once you pick it up~~

ok i talked to guy lying on ground excepted q. went to location of letter was not able to pick letter up the Q mark was grey what i did wrong
