At what lvl do i get this quest horde paladins Blood Elfs get theirs at lvl 10 but when does alience get it? I am lvl 10 and he wont offer me the quest

you get this quest at lvl 12 and the blood elf quest is at lvl 14 i think

Guide to spend an hour on this quest line:

This is what i did: I accepted the first part, ran down and got the linen and so on, back up to the cath and accepted the 6. part of the quest and heres where I started screwing around. I've done this quest before so I thought I'd save time by not read the quest again and just run straight to that dead dwarf guy, when I get there and ress him I stand around waiting for that "Complete" sign to appear but nothing happens, I THEN read the quest and find out I had to take that symbol of life to the dead dwarfs friend for some reason, which is rather odd, cos' why would my paladin trainer tell me to speak to a dwarf who said he was in trouble and then say "oh by the way, my spleen feeling says you'll need this symbol of life which is attuned to only one person in the world, I don't know why, but here, take it". Anyway, I finally make it back to the dwarf fella, accept the quest to actually resurrect the guy and run as fast as i can back to the dead dwarf, ONLY to find out that the symbol of life is a bloody one time use! GREAT! now i have to run back AGAIN to get the symbol of life which i wasted on nothing a while ago to resurrect that stupid half-man yet again!. I run back to stormwind, get the stupid thing and finally make my way back to Henze. I resurrect him and finally after so long complete the quest, and i press hearthstone immediately. Only thing that stopped me from screwing over once again was that i remembered my Heartstone was set for somewhere in the draenei starting area. I run back towards stormwind and half way there i remember i have to get that stupid letter that Henze was there to get in the first place! I got the script and I'm currently running back to stormwind and if that paladin trainer tells me to do one more thing im going to rip his head off!

Feel free to laugh, but don't do what i did >_<

it will not let me do this quest at all i have completed others like it but it wont let me i am a lvl 41 human pally

As of patch 4.0.1, this entire quest line is gone. Redemption is now simply learned from a pally trainer at level 12.
