The Third Witherbark Cage is located at 31, 57 in the Hiri'Watha ruins.

The first few only have a few 41s and 42s on it but the 3rd has a bunch of lv 42s and 43s on it so the last one is a little harder I finshed as a lv 44 hunter.

This is very doable at lvl 42 do not try to go in for third cage by way of the entrance though. go in through the side and pick off the trolls one at a time. I found the cage on the west side in respect to the entrance. 3900 xp as a lvl 42 warrior

Third cage, you can get through the wall, that way you only aggro 3-4 mobs, fight them off, and then if you're as close to the cage as you can, on the other side of the wall, you can activate it.

The zealots are the mobs you should watch out for. Once they go berserk you can die pretty quickly if your not paying attention.

Still had this in my quest log at lvl 52,
so completed it and handed it just as i'd levelled to 53,
only got 2,200 xp.

This questline is rather obnoxious. Be prepared for a lot of running around to finish it. (The Hinterlands to the Blasted Lands to Tanaris/ZF back to the Blasted Lands and finally back to the Hinterlands.)

It's an very easy quest as rogue.
Just go in stealth ;).
I complete the quest just in 5 min.

The son of our mightiest gryphon is gone! Swiftwing's heir, Sharpbeak, was lost while hunting with his parents a few days ago, and we believe it was the trolls who took him.

You must aid us! Search the cages in the two Witherbark troll villages to see if Sharpbeak is there.
