A whole questline all about poison and yet no rewards for the rogues. A unique poison recipe would have been great. Fantastic XP though, around 1/3 of a level just for quest turnins.

If you add the XP of the quest to get Shadra's venom and then this last leg to bring it to the UC, it's 25,500 xp. Insane!

completed this quest chain at level 42 as at 10 january 2008. i suspect the req. level for this quest is actually 41.

The first quest in the chain is "Requires lvl 40" so you can do this quest in lvl 40 too.

I picked the Mail armor, great stuff!

However, the spider was pretty hard to kill, 18-19k hp and hits pretty hard.

Just finished this quest, was quite easy as a frost mage, duo'd with my elemental =)

Just since nobody has pointed it out yet, the mob is an elite level 55, that hits quite hard.

I have not attempted it yet, but I had just read that the mob is a 55 elite, is he/she soloable by a level 47 enhance shaman? I've killed level 50-52 (Non elite) on my own before..Just wondering, even if I where the best shaman EVER at level 47 would it be possible to solo this mob?

Descrizione

[The venom you gathered from the Witherbark's spider god is quite a find! I've been able to kill nearly two dozen rabbits with just a drop of the stuff. Granted, some of those rabbits were very young and small enough to fit in the palm of one's hand so I'm certain their resistance to toxins was low, but it can't be denied that this poison is powerful!

I'd like a sample sent to my superior, Apothecary Faranell in the Apothecarium of the Undercity. I am positive he would want to test this himself.]
