The Crystals will be the hardest to get. You will need to have a group to do this part.

This can be soloed. But you need to be a hunter, and atleast lvl19 with a bear as your pet. (Can use another defensive pet aswell.)

Lucky me, got the crystal on the first kill! And indeed, as a hunter/warlock you should be able to solo this!

I killed for an hour looking for this crystal. I finally found it in the deep cave with the named Ogre in it. But I killed everything two times in this cave along with everything in this area before it dropped.

Soloed with level 20 Fire Mage. I got something like 350 hitpoints and 1300 mana. Only problem was with the shamans whoms casting damage is quite nice. This is tactic what I used in every single fight:

1) Waiting for the unit stop on the Pyroblast maximum range
2) Cast Pyroblast
3) ...Fireball
4) ...Fireball
5) ... (This was continuing fireball all time if i was versus the shamans) Fireblast
6) ... Frostnova
7) Blink some good distance
8) Pyroblast (You should been able to hit it 1 sec before the Frost Nova duration ends)

And the target is dead. My worst hp-lost was something like 100, so its quite easy. Just look aroung and try to make it that there are no possibility that other ogres can be aggroed. I also took two on same time ones (shaman and warrior) with pyroblast and fireball to the shaman, then sheep the warrior, and cast etc. Then continue fight with the warrior, and when you are 100 mana, frost nova and go bit further, use Evocation and continue fight. Easy as always.

Once again you people need to not assume things. I was soloing as a lvl 18 Pally and went up 3 lvls because i was rested at the time. Remember, anyone can solo as long as they know what they're doing. And at least lvl 17.

Got my crystal after about 5 kills. Easily soloable as a level 22 warrior, but I guess that's no surprise.

This quest is labeled as a group quest because of the ogres.

Actually, you don't have to go very far. All the mobs are near the dam. Spiders, crocodiles, and the ogres. Pull the ogres one by one and if they aren't any more patrolling, go work on the spiders and croc and check for the respawns.

As of 2.2, this is no longer a group chain. Easily soable, and I soloed the ogres as a level 17 rogue - no problems.

Keep in mind that a lot of the above comments are pre-2.2, and really don't apply anymore.

I found this to be a fairly simple stage. Only had to kill 1 spider, 5 ogres, and 5 crocs to get the items to drop.

I found this quest to terribly easy...after readin all the other comments I was scared to do it, lol. The crystal dropped after killing only the 3rd ogre. The ogre was by the 3rd cave, the one most east.

This entire quest is a huge time sink, but the ogre crystal is the worst part. Don't bother unless you've got a ton of rested exp to burn.

The Crystal wasn't that hard for me to get. I did this in conjunction with Mercenaries, and the crystal dropped before I'd killed all the mobs for that quest. The Lurker venom took the longest. I had killed every spider around the lake when it finally dropped around 28,18.

This quest didn't give me any reputation with Gnomeregan Exiles at all. I am revered maybe because of that?

Got my Venom from a Forest Lurker at 32,17. It was NOT recognized by Quest Helper as a target for this quest. Killed it anyway and got the Venom drop. Appears none of the spiders on this side of the lake are recognized by Quest Helper as targets that will drop the Venom.

While questhelper no longer acknowledges the spiders at 32 17 as valid, they do drop the venom. Got mine on the 2nd kill.

If you have trouble getting Lurker Venom to drop, try killing Cliff Lurkers to the south or east of the Loch. Mine dropped from the first one.

Descrizione

Begin collecting the disarming materials immediately, <name>. Lurker Venom can be found on the indigenous spiders nearby. Crocolisk tears are found in the Loch itself. But a Mo'grosh crystal will be very difficult to procure. The ogres to the northeast mine them but the crystals are a very rare commodity.

We need to be prepared to defuse a Dark Iron attack! Return to me once you've collected the needed items and I will prepare the mixture.
