This quest will evenatlay lead you to gain a trinket that gives you a summoned epic hammer for a short period of time.

After that the quest leads you to Tanaris where you have to craft the items from the plans you got and you will get a trinket that makes you immune to fear for 30seconds

For this lesson, we will fortify forty bars of mithril with four citrines. The result will be a better understanding of magical gemology and the knowledge to create ornate mithril shoulders.]
