If you just want to complete all the quests once, this is what you need:

06x Blasted Boar Lung
06x Scorpok Pincer
11x Basilisk Brain
05x Snickerfang Jowl

This is one of several "compound" quests started by both Bloodmage Lynnore and Bloodmage Drazial.

These are repeatable, but you can only carry one of any of the items. Once used, you have to go farm up another.

The repeatable rewards are Cerebral Cortex Compound, Gizzard Gum (both from Lynnore); Lung Juice DRINK (lol word filter), Ground Skorpok Assay and, everyone's favorite, R.O.I.D.S (all three from Draziel).

This is the version that is repeatable only for the item - the version of the quest that nets XP is The Basilisk's Bite.

The repeatable versions do not give experience, nor count toward the Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms achievement (the original ones do).
