This is pretty straight forward to find but if your lazy like me and don't feel like searching to much the coordinates are 51,14 and for those of you who don't have a mod for coordinates you will find it at the very north section of the outer ring and the building is left of the little pond.

The guy is in the basement of the house.

You can do a quest in stormwind equal to this, you just need to deliver the dagger, just before you hand in last part.(about 2k exp extra)

Here's what you do: Take this road here up to Ironforge and make your way to the Forlorn Cavern. Once there, locate the thieves' guild and speak with Hulfdan Blackbeard. He'll put you on the road to salvation. ]
