This quest will award your first totem (the Earth Totem) and your first totem spell: Stoneskin Totem.

Once completing this congratulations on being the newest shaman with their first totem!

The following are the equivalent to other shaman races:
- Horde Orc/Troll.
- Draenei.

If you already did the Call of Earth in Durotar, and then traded in all of your totems for the Totem of the Earthen Ring, and are going through Mulgore quests for Achievements/Rep, and you do this quest, you'll have a useless extra Earth Totem that you can't destroy taking up space in your bags.
