She is surrounded by multiple mobs in the same room. You can grab them one by one or more likely two by two. Bad pull can agro 3 of them. Be sure to clean the patrol that walks around the building and the guards in case you want to pull the mobs out of the room, as they are casters.

wowhead recomments that you are in lvl 33. But i soloed it easy with my lvl 30 shaman.

I found her but she didn't have a question mark over her head. I couldn't speak with her.

I had the same issue with questhelper, no question mark.
If you reread the quest info, the first task is to find Malem's wagon, off to do that now ^^

Edit : solution is to go to a wrecked wagon at 56,6 - 17,8 and talk to the chest to continue the chain.
Even then, the next step is returning a pendant and not talking to her!
