You can begin on your Argent Dawn adventures with this one. When you drop it off, you'll mostly likely be able to pick up to more quests at the Argent Dawn spot in Darnassus.

For those that don't know, building rep with the Argent Dawn will eventually offer you the opportunity to purchase epic items.

If your a twink and worried about getting too much exp just pick it up inside the instance, you do not need to have gotten the first quest to get it so you save 2.4k experience.

Glearly the way to go, if u for some strange reason want to be a lvl 19 Clothie twink... Awsome DPS.. Like the lvl 30 Greater Mystic Wand and even with stats... Not bad for a lvl 18 toon :-D

Some still go for Banshee Rod. With luck, +1 Int / 1 sta or even +1 Spell dam/ heal... Still u need to look for a rare spawn, and the wand DPS blows...

@ lvl 14 Horde can get Arcanist's Wand. Well... Loose 18.7 Wand DPS for 1 int?!?
I vote "No Way"... Espc. if Specialised in Wands as Priest...

^^ U can do so also as Mage, but really... U want da spells to do ya talking... Sooo DON'T.. ;)

As a Horde this quest was given to me after turning in the previous one: "That quest is not available to your race." After that i could just pick it up anyway...

Where the heck do you find the guy? That's more helpful info. I am in the process of this quest, however. When I find him, I'll post it.

This boss is located deeper inside the instance. Once quest is acquired, swim back out then proceed south and follow the caverns, past several groups of Twilight mobs, and inside a structure and kill Kelris. The turn-in is at Darnassus so if you're done with the instance at this point you can hearth or port out.

As a level 37 Draenei Mage, picked this quest up and when I turned it in to the NPC inside Blackfathom Deeps, I was awarded with 1000 Argent Dawn reputation. Might want to get the tooltip fixed. However, at the time I was also max exalted with Darnassus, so I am not sure if that has any bearing at all. This was as of 3.3.5. Coupled with the other 2 quests, they bumped me from 200/3000 Neutral to 200 into Friendly.

It says this quest cannot be obtained, but I have it in my quest log and was going crazy trying to figure out how to complete it.

This quest is still active. I got it and finished it today (2012-06-26).

As of 2013 01 10, was still able to pick up and complete this quest. Quest is not obsolete as indicated. Twilight Lord Kelris is located on the second level. To get to the second level, as you head towards Gelihast, take the offshoot to the right, then hang a right again where the map cuts off flat (indicating moar stuffs) instead of tapering to a point (indicating a cave end).

Long ago this site was a great temple of Elune. But misfortune led to ruin when the corruption of an Old God seeped up from below and tainted the sacred moonwell.

Aku'Mai, servant of the Old God, rose from the waters.

The Twilight's Hammer cultists have allied with the naga to occupy these grounds. The cultists, led by Kelris, sacrifice innocents to Aku'Mai for power.

Slay Kelris and bring his head to Ashelan at the Blackfathom Camp, <name>, please.
