This quest is also available for Horde players since the NPC represents the Argent Dawn. No problem for high level Rogues/Druids to reach him. Grants a whopping 1000 Rep for AD.

No, this quest is NOT available to the Horde. I found out after running there myself to look. However, the quest to look for Thaelrid is available to Horde, but it's not really worth it since you can get Thaelrid's quest just by simply finding him in BFD the normal way. Only do that if you really want Argent Dawn reputation, since getting to Darnassus is a pain.

I had a bit of a strange looting bug with this quest, the Twilight Pendant where no dropping very well and I only collect 9 of the 10 and the bad news is their were no more mobs to kill. Why does all the bad stuff have to keep happening to me. =(
