These drop off of the Venture Co. Operators spread out in Windshear Crag. The highest concentration lie on the broken down super reaper just inside the crag. Walk on it and there are about 4-5 operators spawned there. May take a few clears of it to get the plans or you may get lucky on the first couple kills. Enjoy!

The blueprints are definitely at 62,53. Just as amputec said, you might get lucky and get it the first time you kill one of the Operators and you might not. I had to wait for them to come back 3 or 4 times until i got the blueprints. Good Luck.

The broken down super reaper is a good place to find operators....but there are also two more located just to the left, near some winches....good idea to grind on the ones at the reaper and then kill those two....then go back and kill the operators that respawned at the reaper.....I got the plans from one of the two by the winches.

This is dead easy - i got it on my first operator kill, heading to the left as I came into the valley.

i rarely encountered a so low drop rate item...
i killed like 15 operators and no drop, then i logged out and then back in and item dropped at first kill...

I got the prints from an Operator near the elite Foreman Rigger. Nothing on the first clear of the mecha, though.

I just did Super Reaper 6000, i put about 8 or 9 kills into it and found it. I was lucky. Just kill those operators and u will soon find the plans.

Very low drop rate. Killed 20+ operators to get it to drop. Dropped off one in the middle of the camp not on the crane. Look for operators around the different structures as respawn was slow too. Easy to track as a hunter, but was about ready to abandon this quest!

Terrible what the Venture Company has done here, eh? What were they thinking? Goblin company hiring a gnome!

Lucky for me, Sputtervalve knows a genius when he sees one. Hired me just after I'd been kicked out!

Tells me they built some enormous woodcutting machine, and Sput' wants me to steal the plans for him. Unfortunately, Gerenzo--bloody gnome--wants me dead on sight... maybe you could steal the plans for me? You should be able to find them on one of their operators.
