Actually, I was able to obtain the quest, but not able to turn it in in Astraanar. :-(

Yup, same for me. I was able to obtain the quest but not turn in it as well.

Had to put in a ticket, GM said it was a known issue and solved the problem by resetting the npc, I have to say i was pleasantly surprised by how fast it was solved.
