There is no guarantee that an enemy will use this ability twice in a row. Keep that in mind if you intend to dodge its second use.

Seems to be glitched against Undead pets, at least it was for me against Lydia Accoste (master pet trainer in Deadwind Pass).

When using it twice, to do the powerful attack, it would kill the undead pet, not proc the undead's racial, and seem to leave the first buff it provides on my Eternal Strider. The attack also didnt remove the pump buff from the first use you normally get, meaning the third time I used "Pump" it it did the attack (without the need to wait for the second use).

How long does the 10% damage buff last? Is it permanent? Does it stack?
Can you could do infinitely increasing damage if you keep using this ability over and over?

Note: The damage listed by this ability will always be buffed by 10% because of the buff the initial use gives (it doesn't just buff other moves used in between).

Multi-use charge-up moves with no cooldown that give a 10% damage boost buff on the first use, then consume the buff to deal decent damage (base 45) on the second use:

Similar multi-use charge-up moves with no cooldown that create an infinite round buff on the first use, then on second use, consume the buff to deal decent damage (base 45):
